ToU and PP Updated

Just in case anyone cares, we've updated the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. They say essentially the same thing they did, before, but more clearly. Over the next few days, there may be a few more edits to clear up redundancies and typos. If you're concerned about these edits, keep an eye on those pages. This round of changes should end prior to Wednesday, February 24, 2010, at 00:01. If any edits are made after that, a new notification will be issued.
